4.1 The Board of Directors of The Imperial Sovereign Gem Court of Boise, Idaho, shall consist of the following members:

President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Board of Directors shall serve for a four year term, the President beginning in 2008 and ending in 2012, the Vice President beginning in 2007 and ending in 2011, the Secretary beginning in 2006 and ending in 2010, the Treasurer beginning in 2009 and ending in 2013, with each subsequent election of the member of the Board of Directors to be for a four year term. The Board of Directors shall be elected from members of the Imperial Sovereign Gem Court of Boise, Idaho, in good standing at the first court meeting following Coronation.

4.2 The sole responsibilities of the Board of Directors is to see that The Imperial Sovereign Gem Court of Boise, Idaho, files all necessary papers to maintain corporate status, unless otherwise specified herein.
